DESCRIPTION
SECONDRY ALKALI SOLUTION is specifically formulated for removal of fats and protein deposits in food and beverage processing plants. SECONDRY ALKALI SOLUTION is a concentrated heavy duty cleaner and degreaser and can be used for cleaning walls, floors, ceilings, equipment etc in food processing areas.

APPLICATION
SECONDARY ALKALI SOLUTION has been formulated for cleaning of food processing equipment but is ideal for use in recirculating systems. For recirculation systems it has been designed for use every evening and to be used in conjunction with PRIMARY ACIDIC SOLTION.

DILUTIONS
For Recirculation Systems Daily Use
Use for a standard solution 20mls of SECONDRY ALKALI SOLUTION to 10L of hot water at 65-70 degrees Celsius. A cold water rinse is recommended prior to alkali wash and a hot water rinse after.
Manual Equipment Cleaning
o    Heavy soilage 1 part – 5 parts water
o    Medium soilage 1 part – 30 parts water
o    Light soilage 1 part – 60 parts water
