Unsafe Practice

When working with cleaning products or any chemicals, there are some basic safety steps we must all take.

They include NEVER:

1. Using chemicals from unlabelled containers;

2. Storing chemicals in unlabelled containers;

3. Storing chemicals at high temperatures (refer to SDS);

4. Never mix chemicals;

5. Inhaling or ingesting chemicals – e.g. do not sniff at chemicals to try to determine what it is. If it isn’t labelled, do not use it;

6. Allowing contact with skin or eyes.
